Pours a cloudy, amber color, with a very stable, bigger head.
Smells of toffee, grapefruit, ripe pineapple and a light, acidic sourness, which almost carries a whiff of funk.
Has a very high, sparkling effervescence, with a dryer, medium body, creating an utmost refreshing drinking experience.
Tastes of crackers, an aqueous softness, which soon gets washed away by the lively effervescence, opening up the palate to ripe oranges and a present lemon dryness. This establishes a powerfull bitterness, which remains on the palate till the finish. Turns a little bit more crackery then, with just a faint acidic quality going hand in hand with the beer‘s dryness. Finishes light and fruity, with a prevailing bitterness and moldy turning oranges.
Very well composed beer, gently enhanced by a slight sour note, adding perfectly to the complexity of the hops.

Pours a slightly hazy peach coloration with a medium, foamy head. Smell is bright and hoppy, with notes of grapefruit, peach, melon and a light grassiness. Taste follows the nose, being quite hoppy with very little malt presence and bright notes of white grape, grapefruit, peach and melon. Quite dry, with a certain grassy dankness. Finishes with a very dry, lingering, medium bitterness.Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
A very nice Brut IPA with a good balance of hoppy fruit notes, dankness and dryness. The fruitiness is almost juicy, but not sweet at all.
