A brew that is part of their "Experimental Series"
Appearance - Pours a cloudy peach with three fingers of foamy white head.
Smell - Citrus hops, citrus and tropical fruits (pineapple, tangerine, passionfruit, mango), bready malts, hint of caramel sweetness.
Taste - A strong punch from the citrus hops followed by the citrus and tropical fruits (pineapple, tangerine, passionfruit, and mango). The bready malts and hint of caramel come through in the end but is strongly dominated by the citrus and tropical fruits.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes with a pleasant lingering bitterness from the citrus hops.
Overall - A stellar IPA that delivers so much flavour from the citrus and tropical fruits. This is an IPA that should be on the brewery's year round distribution.

I like this beer! I think It has a nice citrusy punch, an easy drinking level of carbonation and slightly bitter finish. Being in Edmonton, AB, Canada does not give a whole lot of opportunity to try some of the real deal East Coast IPAs, so it's impossible for me to say if this measures up, but I like what I taste.
