Hawaiian West Coast Pale Ale 5.5% alc/vol Hammond River Brewing Rothesay NB. Pours a clear Cognac colour with a large off white head. Pale malt aromas with notes of peppery hops, grapefruit, pineapple and pine. Nice bitterness in the first sip fallowed by some sweet malt, light pine and citrus notes. Medium body dry and crisp and a nice lingering bitterness.
