Pours a foggy straw color with a finger of white head that retains well. Aroma is pale, straw, biscuit, and pilsner malts lending itself to a mellow, malty lager aroma. Flavor profile is pale, biscuit, and pilsner malts with light herbal and floral notes poking through. Mouth feel is crisp, smooth, clean and refreshing. It has a medium thickness. Overall, a very clean, low octane brew that sips clean and refreshing.
