Pours a clear yellow with a finger of white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is wafery, crackery, pale, biscuity, nutty malts with a little herbal, zesty hops creeping into the nose. Flavor profile is biscuity, crackery, wafery, nutty, earthy malts with very light notes of zesty, herbal, spicy hops. Mouth feel has a soft crispness with a very lightbodied texture. Really refreshing. Overall, refreshing and light with enough flavor to still play with the tastebuds.
