Pours a foggy copper with two fingers of white foam. Head retention is great. Aroma is nutty, bready, biscuity, earthy malts with a little rye and wheat. Flavor profile carries forward the same bready malt characteristics, with a little spicy, zesty hops. It finishes with a light caramely sweetness, like a delicate bread pudding. Mouth feel is crisp with a medium thickness. Overall, really refreshing with malts at the forefront.
