Pours a honey gold color with a light haze to the translucency. It's effervescent, with bubbles consistently rising from the bottom to feed the two fingers of fluffy white foam. Aroma is clove, banana, bread, and light yeast esters, and grass. No real bite, it just feels elevated in terms of intensity throughout the whole nose. Flavor profile has the same elevated intensity, with smooth transitions between notes. It hits clove and banana hard, with thick bread and raw grain at close. Light grassy and spicy hops add some texture. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a firm effervescence. Drinks pretty dense. Overall, elevated in intensity forgoing some of the typical smoothness within a farmhouse beer, and yet it doesn't feel overdone.
