This is a lightly hazy tarnished gold color with a bright white head. The aroma is wonderful mix of malt and American hops. I miss beers that smell like this, they seem to have fallen out of fashion. The taste has a mingled bitterness and malt sweetness. Satisfyingly full in body and still refreshingly drinkable. I found this one very enjoyable.

Golden yellow body made slightly hazy by dense, lively carbonation bubbles; thick, white head, frothy and sculpted, long-lasting. Excellent nose; fresh cut lemon with a lemon cake maltiness. The taste follows along the lines of subtle lemon cake; light herbal bitterness. Medium body; crisp with a mild coarseness of the palate.

An all-around nicely made India pale ale. The current notes indicate a German interpretation of an American IPA. I'm not exactly sure what they mean by that, but I'd wager there's some sort of radler influence (due to the upfront lemon qualities in the smell and taste. Regardless, this is an easy drinking, refreshing IPA.

Slightly hazy light orange/yellow color with a modest but long lasting white head and even some nice lacing.
The aroma is citrus with a touch of pine.
The taste is lemon, grapefruit and light caramel malt. The finish is dry with lingering citrus zest and pine resin.
The body is medium, good carbonation level, nicely drinkable.
Altogether, this is a very nice take on American IPA style, tasty and refreshing, moderate bitterness level, very nice.

Poured a white, frothy head that slowly dissipated. The nose was floral and citrusy.
The flavor is surprisingly - though I shouldn't be surprised; KC Bier knows its stuff - IPA-ish from a brewer that usually uses water, yeast and imported malts and hops for its German beers. The color is an opaque yellow; "lemony" comes to mind.
Back to the flavor. It has citrus zest with pine, balanced hoppiness and slight bitterness to the throat. And it still adheres to the Reinheitsgebot tradition.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. it left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled floral and grassy with citrus, caramel and toffee. Sweet caramel and citrus taste with an herbal, piney bitterness.
