Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
I'm looking up to the sky to see. No reason. Anyway, this stuff pours a partly cloudy golden brass topped by a half-finger or so of dirty white foam. The nose comprises light passion fruit, mild lime zest, loamy mushrooms, and a touch of wild rice. The taste brings in more of the same, though the tartness from the wild yeast and the harshly earthy notes of the malts do not meld all that well on the tongue. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a drying finish. Overall, a cool concept, but I don't think this one quite worked out entirely well.
