Bright gold with sharp clarity and visible carb trails. Creamy head of foam that leaves a drippy collar around the edges as the foam settles and parts to a patchy skim.
White wine aroma, peach, apricot, honey.
Tart juicy stonefruit up front, light farmhouse yeast and resiny herbal hops in the background. It has an agile lightness and crispness, effervescent carb that slowly ebbs. Herbal bitterness lingers in the dry aftertaste.
Overall this a nice beer, with fruit and botanical aspects and some yeast complexity. Not too crazy, balanced tartness and bitterness.
