Stopped into this small northern NJ brewery to check it out. Set off in a quiet office park, the space is small but roomy, and certainly inviting. They stick close to the "tour first, beers second"rule which was fine, because I got a personal 10 minute tour of the facility from the brewmaster.
5 beers were on tap, plus a 50/50 blend of two of them. A well poured sampler of 4 is available for a scant $6 and was well worth it. Pints, grunts, and growlers are then available to go.
The beers are tasty and creative. Not your ordinary assortment of pale ales and lagers. Lots of floral notes and clever ingredients to bring out a unique tasting experience.
Highly recommend making a stop here and checking it out.

Great local brewery. Produces a nice selection of beers. Friendly, local atmosphere. A nice place to hang out. Updated: The new location is really nice with a large outdoor space and inside bar room. It's really worth a visit.

Vibe: The brewery is located in a small “office park” located in the countryside. A tasting room is located at the front entrance and includes a small bar area along with some tables; the brewery is in the back. It was cool be able to get a tour from the brewmaster.
Quality: Beers were served in pint glasses at the proper temperature
Service: All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgable about the beer that was served.
Selection: The brewery had a total of 7 beers on tap including: Dainty Viking, Erik the Orange, Hop the Fence, Kayewla, Mary Shroom, Old Village Stout, and ¡Viva Verde!. Another choice that was available was called “Old Erik” and was a 50/50 mixture of Erik the Orange and Old Village Stout that was mixed from the taps. Glasses and sampler flights were available at the tasting room; grunts and growlers were available to go.

Love this place! Small and out of the way, but the place is clean and has a nice little bar and tables for relaxing. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The 4 beers I tried were all great! Loved the H2Ale (a 10% ABV Belgian Tripel).

We just learned about this new local brewery, and decided to give it a try. It had been open for only one week on our visit, so understand that, as the brewery expands and adds selections, the review may develop. It is located in a small industrial park. The unit that houses the brewery is narrow, with a store-front bar in the entrance and a loading area in the rear. We met the owners, a couple that were active homebrewers and took the plunge into pro-brewing. They had three beer selections, all very enjoyable and well-made. The place was fairly busy during our visit, and they offer only tap beer and growlers (no food). It has a very industrial feel, and the brewery is a super-sized homebrew set-up, but I really liked this small new brewery.
