Copenhagen 10/8 2019. 33 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Almost abstract drawing of Pine Forest at Dusk on the can.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense and fruity with sweet exotic fruit meeting a sharper, citric odor. Light Peach and Mango. Stronger Grape fruit and Citrus.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery and lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a stronger, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Fresh and with the weight on the citric and bitter side. A bit watery but that goes with the territory I suppose.
