Pours a dark purple with fine, low head.
Smell is tart with a slight sweetness. Notes of oak, vinegar, cherries, raspberries and raspberry jam.
Taste is sour with notes of oak, vinegar, raspberries, cherries, lime and lime zest. The sourness lacks a bit of balance and becomes a bit overbearing.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice sour, but one to share. A whole bottle along was too much.
