Copenhagen 22/12 2019. 33 cl can from Mikkeller Web-shop. Rendering of moving water on the can in cool shades of blue and green.
Pours unclear, pale yellowish a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent, flimsy layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a solid malty backbone and citric, fruity notes. Sweet, pale malts, straws and bread. Notes of lime and citrus fruit.
Fairly strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by and balanced by a medium strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is crisp and citric with a light sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Crisp, clean and well-balanced. Pretty light weight as the malt base could be a bit heavier and the brew is a bit thin.
