Copenhagen 16/8 2018. 33 cl bottle. The 2016-release. Seems quite logical with a total Black label with discrete white writing.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam.
Aroma is not overwhelmingly sweet. Discrete sweet caramel. Dark chocolate. Stronger saltiness. Light roastiness. Light smoke.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, soft, creamy texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by quite strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingering for a while.
Fine Stout with a sharp edge of bitterness.
