Half pint at the 'spoons in Coatbridge. My spies tell me it's supposed to be a Scottish ale although it looks like a caramel coloured bitter. The nose is rather indistinct but a tad plummy. The taste reflects this plumminess allied to roasted malt smokiness and a bit of bitterness in the aftertaste. Better than it looks.
