i hear the food is good but i drink beer. very decent selection. relaxed vibe. you can get parking. on taps are somewhat overcarbonated but very good service. eorth a Trip after a few years.

A good selection, not the most but great for the area. Didnt try the food so I cant comment.
The prices for beer were in a decent enough range, typical 300% markup of LCBO costs but they did have a few exclusives that would be worth the trip.
Will be returning often

Finally a great place in Newmarket with an excellent selection of craft beer. They have over 25 beers on tap with the selection always changing. The focus is on Ontario craft beers but they also have a good assortment of German and Belgium beers. The flight of beer is the way to go, you get to try out 4 different beers for a very reasonable price. The server we had was was excellent, very knowledgable and attentive. She was constantly checking on us and and asking how we were enjoying our brews and which ones were our favourites. She seemed to know the beers on the menu and was more than willing to offer suggestions.
The atmosphere was great, it had a unique look that was a welcome change from the typical sports bars in the area. The location is a bit small and we showed up at open and it was already getting busy! The food was satisfying but the selection was a bit limited. They seem to focus on "craft" food and fine dinning, it would have been nice to have some typical bar food like nachos to go with the excellent selection of beer. Nevertheless, Hungry Brew Hops is a very enjoyable bar experience with a fantastic selection of beer that will captivate your interest and you will want to go back and try some more. It is nice to finally have a place close to home that does not just focus on Molson products and the same limited beer selection that is all too common in bars in the GTA. The beer selection is not for everyone, if you are content with having Bud or Canadian every time you go out you may be overwhelmed by the selection at HBH but the servers will surely help you find a beer that is for you. An excellent place for people looking for a change and a great selection of craft beers! I will be back.
