Basqueland Brewing Project "AUPA"
33 cl brown glass bottle
Notes: American-style pale ale at 5.3% ABV with 30 IBUs. Slightly hazy golden body beneath a short head of white. Better than average head retention and lacing. The aroma is citrusy, somewhat piney, and otherwise mildly tropically fruity. The flavor follows with a basic golden malt base and similar hop profile. Nothing really stands out and I can't put my finger on what the hops might be. Maybe Cascade, Chinook, Centennial and something a little more unusual for the tropical side. It's nicely balanced with a median bitterness and finishes dry. In the mouth it's medium bodied and crisp with a standard carbonation level. All in all it's a fairly basic American pale ale that satisfies but doesn't raise any eyes.

RBESG 2016 in Barcelona. On tap at BrewDog bar. Deep golden to orange colour. Well hopped aroma and flavour, grapefruity notes, well balanced. A fairly nice beer.

Clear golden amber. Crisp earthy hop aroma wIth citrus, pine and malty. Mostly caramel masks and earthy hops. Nm to it, balanced, sight lingering bitterness.

An outstanding APA all the way around. Rusted yellow colour. Sturdy head with light grained bubbles. Mango skin on the nose. Crisp with fresh fresh hop structure. Earthy almost garlicky in a good way. Bitterness is well integrated. Good lacing as you go down and leaves you light at only 5.5% abv
