Copenhagen 13/4 2019. 33 cl bottle from Kihoskh, Sønder Blvd, Kbh V. The label seems to be dealing with the latest fad in Craft Brewing from a humoristic perspective.
Pours hazy, milky, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as very thin, almost transparent layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense and very citric. Fermented exotic fruit soon overcome by strong odor of Grape fruit and citrus. Strong and acerbic. Fresh grass, resin, and pine.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily yet prickly and lively texture.
Medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is quite bitter with a semi dry finish. Lingers for a while.
Very bitter, golden juice with a biting palate.
