Copenhagen 1/8 2020. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. A lot of palm trees in different colors on the can.
Pours unclear yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a perfumed sweetness and distinct citric notes. Floral odors mingling with peach and pineapple. Citrus and lime. A bit acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Bitter and citric. Finish is dry.
Fine dry and bitter IPA. A little bit thin but very drinkable.

Bought at Notes Bar & Kitchen.
Drank at home.
Poured into a Brewdog snifter glass.
Body is yellow and mildly opaque, creating a reasonable 1 inch thick head. The aroma is very west-coasty with a crisp hop tone. Bitterness is high and drinks pretty well. Not the most novelty kind of beer but it's pretty good as it is a good throwback to a perfect recipe.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a The Little Acre. Clasica Ipa resinosa amargota y seca, bastante fresca y ligera. Notable nariz con notas a piña. En boca buena pero sin llegar a sobresalir
