Copenhagen 3/9 2020. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. A Medusa swimming in dark but colorful waters on the can.
Pours hazy and slightly dirty golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a dark, fruity sweetness laden with alcohol. Lighter citric notes. Sweet peach and papaya oozing fermentation. Light citrus and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly sticky, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a just as strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a strong sweet undercurrent. Lingering. Finish is bitter, boozy and a bit dry.
Quite bitter and dry for a beer named after a Medusa.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Gylt y, luego, a The Last of Us. Otro birrote de Basqueland, que además brilla en la oscuridad. 8 grados muy bien ocultos tras un manto de frutas cítricas frescas con algún toque herbal. Sensación en boca refrescante y suave pero plena
