Pours a hazy, bright orange coloration with a small, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of pink grapefruit and papaya, as well as just a hint of herbal/woody accents. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly floral, herbal and woody hops, with citrus and tropical notes of pink grapefruit, orange, mango, as well as accents of rose petals, sage and cedar wood. Finishes with a light bitterness and some pink grapefruit, mango and sage lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
I think that Talus is an interesting hop and that you can immediately tell that it's related to Sabro because of that unique woody and herbal feel to it, although it's a bit more floral, citrussy and not as coconutty, thank god. I like it a lot better than Sabro, but not really sure what to make of it yet. In any case, this makes for a pretty nice NEIPA that's hazy and juicy, but a little different, which is good, although the mouthfeel totally lacks that soft, pillowy feel that I expect from the style.

De Tercertiempocervezas. En copa Teku. Jugando a Roblox con Asun (Castle Story) Ddh superbien implementado. Sensación plena y suave en boca, con mucho lúpulo frutal fresco y enorme bebestibilidad.
