Copenhagen 27/6 2020. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop.Quite strange illustration on the can. Looks like a sombrero on top of a knife impaling a facial mask (with a moustache) and three wet jalapeƱos. I am confused! Cute tagline: "Pintxos then beer, you're in the clear".
Pours hazy and a bit murky yellow with a medium-sized white head. Stable Settles as uneven, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of exotic fruit and slightly more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach, pineapple and mango. Citrus, lemon and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Pretty straight forward IPA with good balance and intensity. Good one even though I have no idea how the wet JalapeƱos fit in.

De Tercertiempocervezas. En copa Teku. Leyendo C How to Programa 9e. Sobresaliente aromaticamente. En boca ligera y suave tanto en sabor como amargor, quedando bastante por debajo del aroma pero resultando muy bebible y en cualquier caso disfrutable
