Pours a deep, ruby red coloration with a large, fluffy, pink head. Smells of light biscuity malt and red berries, with notes of cherry and strawberry, as well as lighter raspberry and a certain marshmallow sweetness. Taste follows the nose, with a gerat balance of light biscuity malt and red berry notes of tart red cherry, strawberry and lighter raspberry, as well as a distinct marshmallow sweetness and good underlying acidity. Finishes with a light/medium acidity and some cherry, strawberry and marshmallow lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
While this is a bit too sweet for my personal taste, I did enjoy it a lot more than I thought I would, to be honest. The distinct marshmallow sweetness is very well-balanced by the tart red berries and good acidity here, with the vibrant sour red cherry note standing out especially and really doing a lot of the legwork here. Overall, this makes for a rather enjoyable Pastry Sour that never feels too cloyingly sweet and really does feature a great balance of sweet and rather vibrant tart/acidic red berry notes.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Jugando a Fortnite. Pues si que tiene un toque pasteloso marcado, con notas a lactosa y vainilla. Este además ayuda a que el perfil a frutas rojas no se haga demasiado acido, suavizandolo y dándole cierta complejidad que resulta interesante.
