Copenhagen 5/7 2022. 40 cl from tap at Taphouse, Lavendelstræde, Kbh. K.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a malty odor mingling dark sweet berries with a tart touch rummaging in the background. Dark toasted malts with a touch of toffee. Sweet blueberries and raspberries. Tart notes of unripe berries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, slightly viscous, creamy, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sweet with a notable tart undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Potent berry boozer.

De Labirratorium. En copa Basqueland. Jugando a Fortnite. La imperial stout de fondo logra domar la frambuesa hasta mantenerla en un punto en el que se hace agradable y fácil de beber. No obstante, se hecha en falta mayor presencia de la imperial stout, que mas bien parece un complemento a la frambuesa.
