Collaboration with Garage Beer Co.
Give the people what they want we say! Thick, hazy, and intense juice. Intense pineapple, grape, passion fruit, stone fruits and citrus aromas. With just the right amount of bitterness. Celebrate!

A: Poured to a Brooklyn Brewery nonic glass from a Ball can. Shows a yellow and opaque-ish body with a one-inch head.
S: The notes state that this has Citra, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe (probably all from Yakima Chiefs). Citrus is a clear profile as all the hops used have that in their aroma profile. The same goes for tropical and slightly woody. I kinda think there are also some reminiscent aromas of white wine due to Nelson Sauvin.
T: The taste is very round with some sweet and bitter citric notes that encompass the tropical notes. There's a mild to medium-high bitterness in the end but nothing too serious or too harsh. Just a little bit too woody.
M: Body is medium-high. Carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is unnoticed.
O: Just lacks presentation, aside from that, this is a great crushable NEIPA.

De Labirratorium. En copa Teku. Con queso Boffard. Jugando a Fortnite. Si bien en nariz resulta poco expresiva, en boca la cosa cambia mucho, presentando un delicioso perfil a fruta tropical sedoso y muy bebible, de los que hace que te de coraje de que se te haya acabado tan pronto la birra.
