Beer made in collaboration with Gamma Brewing.
Poured from a Ball can into a Brooklyn Brewery tumbler glass.
A: Body is opaque, yellow with medium to high opaqueness. Head is white, shows lacing and has a 3mm thickness.
S: According to the brewer, this beer has Sabro in the whirlpool and dry-hopping with Ella, Galaxy and Engima. First tones encountered are stone fruit and tropical fruits, followed by citrus and light herbal tones. Unfortunately, literally no coconut was found.
T: Pretty much like the aroma, this is a gentle and beautiful blend of stone fruit, peach, tropical fruits like mango and then just a light citric tone of tangerine with some even lighter grassy tone.
M: Body is medium-high. Carbonation is just silky perfection. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is medium high.
O: Though this has literally zero coconut in it (I tried this beer four times), it's quite pleasant to drink.
