Dark pink colour, almost clear. Light pink foam, high, fine bubbles fall quite slowly, no traces on the glass.
The aroma is juicy and fruity, reminiscent of compote. The promised additions of raspberry, passion fruit and delicate notes of hibiscus are present in the background. The aroma is pleasantly refreshing and fresh.
The taste is distinctly sour, slightly tart, with a hint of rough bitterness.
Medium carbonation. Medium body. Slightly "rough" texture. Long, fruity, sour aftertaste.
