75 cl. corked bottle, bought at Canarias Brew, served at home in a snifter.
Almost black colour, small beige head with short retention, no lacing.
Aroma of cherries, chocolate, port wine, wood.
Full body, sticky texture, flat carbonation. Sweet sinish.
Taste follows the aroma.
Great.

Served in a small tasting pint glass from the bottle.
Appearance: Deep dark black body with a dark tan head which had an initial rise of maybe half a finger's length off the body.
Smell: Cherry and vanilla and notes of bourbon aroma.
Taste: cherry syrup and a raspberry puree with hints
Mouth: Sticky brew. Soft carbonation with a crispy.
Overall: Good beer but the body could be a little heavier.
