Poured to a small tulip glass from BrewDog.
A: Body is yellow and clear, pouring a weak 2mm white head that fades quite fast.
S: The aroma starts off by being more floral, almost remembering white wine profiles. As it turns out, after some research, that's due to the Hallertau Blanc hops.
T: The taste stars off by being sweet, like melon and light-peach-like sweet, it then moves on to a persistent and medium to high bitterness.
M: Body is medium, carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is medium high.
O: Overall, it's a simple but quite good brew by Basqueland.
