Poured into a BrewDog snifter.
A: Pours a black body with a beige, light brown head that shows great retention and also quite good lacing.
S: Vanilla, milk chocolate, brown sugar, cinnamon, and in the back, some light marzipan notes. There's also a generous alcohol aroma.
T: Starts off very sweet, with brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla blending together perfectly. It then moves on to a more bitter tone that resembles a very dark coffee roast, up to the point of no-good coffee and then it kills everything with a harsher tone of alcohol. It starts quite well but then has a lower quality second part of the taste.
M: Body is medium-high. Carbonation is perfect. Bitterness is a bit too strong for an Americal Imperial Stout that should be more in the Pastry Stouts sub-category. Alcohol is too present.
O: It's not that I dislike the beer, not at all, but the amount of perceived alcohol in this is too overpowering. Could benefit from a lighter, 8% to 9% ABV.

De 32gp. En copa Teku. Con pistachos. Jugando a Hogwarts Legacy. Perfil a tarta de arándanos muy rico, corpulento y fácil de beber, con el alcohol bien oculto e incluso cierta sensacion refrescante
