We crafted this tart beer with pineapple, passion fruit, and raspberry for a zesty result where the fruit gives way to a dry mouthfeel that invites the next sip.

On tap at Mandag i Annen, Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy pinkish-orange colour, large head. Aroma and fairly sour flavour of citrus, passionfruit, pineapple and sour raspberries.
