Copenhagen 29/4 2024. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Black can with the name of the beer in no less than three colorful fonts.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty yellow with mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of frothy foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty odor with a touch of overripe Stone fruits. Subtle citric notes. Caramel and mango. Bruised peach. Alcohol. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a citric streak. Lingering. Finish is dry and a bit searing.
Potent DIPA with a certain bitter charm.
