Collaboration with Outer Range Brewing Rockies/Alps.

Hey, I’ll either surf or ski! This beer blends the essence of classic hops like Columbus and Simcoe, filling your palate with fresh pine and herbal aromas, alongside a modern twist of Azacca, which adds a vibrant tropical note.

It boasts a bright clarity and a crisp, dry finish, highlighting its clean, bitter profile. The simple, contemporary malts allow the hops to shine, delivering bold and well-defined flavors. It’s a beer that celebrates both the classic and the new, perfect for those who crave a fresh, lasting bitterness in every sip.

44 cl can poured cold into an IPA glass in Toulouse, France.
This is a Basqueland 9th Anniversary West Coast IPA, brewed in collaboration with Outer Range Brewing Co., based in Colorado.
It’s an ugly pour; sketchy fizzle of foam begrudgingly on golden pond.
Trop fruit and pine on the nose.
Tastes fine. Decent American hop mix of Simcoe, Columbus & Azacca. Nothing IPA drinkers haven’t had before.
Mouthfeel is medium and it’s properly carbonated.
Overall, why this unremarkable beer took a 2 continent collaboration is beyond me. Nor does it taste or feel like an Anniversary Celebration.
