Copenhagen 10/4 2025. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. The can looks a bit like a can of Sardines with two fishes facing each other and two golden hop flowers.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as uneven and lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe and bruised Stone fruits mingling with a tart citric and bitter scent. Dry vibe. Overripe Peach and Mango. Grapefruit and Citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick. oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger tart, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while, Finish is dry,
Damn fine can of Sardines.
