Obviously a great beer. Adding more hops to a great DIPA will usually result in a great DIPA. Tons of tropical hop flavors and the perfect malts to back it up.

This was one of ten variants served at a Studio 35 on May 11, 2014. While I did not attend the event, I was fortunate enough to obtain a 32 ounce flip-top growler of this beer. Columbus Brewing Company described this as Bodhi with an additional dry hop of Citra and Amarillo flowers.
A: Growler flipped open with a loud pop. Pours a golden orange with a nice bit of haze. 2 finger, bright white, slightly soapy looking head forms atop the pour. I am a big fan of hazy IPAs (probably due to my homebrewing bias), so that enhanced the appearance for me and the orange hue of this one looks great. Slight detraction for the head appearing slightly soapy rather than dense.
S: Regular Bodhi is among my favorite IPAs, in part due to the awesome nose. This one takes it to the next level, as the presence of the additional dry hop is unmistakable. Big tropical fruits, peaches, apricots, and also some earthy pine. Aroma jumps out of the glass.
T: Tastes very similar to traditional Bodhi, perhaps kicked up just a bit due to the enhanced aromatics. This falls on the juicy end of the spectrum (as opposed to bone dry) for my palate, with only moderate bitterness relative to huge hop flavor of peach, pineapple, and pine. Fantastic.
M: I realize that at 8%, it would be difficult to classify this as a single IPA. However, the body certainly feels more like an IPA than a DIPA. Very easy drinking. Moderate carbonation.
O: Flat out phenomenal beer. Would love to get my hands on additional pours of this if available in the future.
