12 oz bottle, born on 2/10/21, poured into a CBC pint glass at 43 degrees F:
L - the color of golden straw with a white head that quickly disippated
S - grass, Belgian yeast, hints of banana, coriander
T - follows the nose
F - light mouthfeel with medium carbonation
O - I like this better than Matilda

12 FLUID OZ bottle
Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a hazy golden color. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves a little lacing.
It has that Belgian yeast esters aroma. It smells of spices and pear.
It has all the elements of a Belgian pale ale. I really don't get much in the way of hops.
Medium mouthfeel
This is an enjoyable beer dispite the lack of hop bitterness. It just tastes like a really well made Belgain pale ale.

I've been a Columbus fan from the first taste. I need to see if they have opened a new pub. I get to Columbus fairly frequently and the old pub was not what it should have been. This new Belgian IPA (new to me, at least) is a good one. It is reminiscent of some similar brews, but this one is stands on it's own merit nicely.
It pours a beautiful yellow with nice fizz. The aroma is strong and pungent from hops and yeast. Big smell. The taste is also large - bitter and tart, the masses of malts are well covered. It's all around great stuff, pleasant and huge.
Highly recommended. Compared to others of the style it is well behaved but not boring.
