Packaged 4/30/24. Opened 8/8/24.
Everything was good until i had my first drink. Think overripe pineapple as a cough syrup flavor; but not as good as it sounds. I ended up dumping it down the sink.

Imperial IPA brewed with Mosaic, Citra, Idaho 7 hops and fresh pineapple 24 hrs into fermentation.
Can received in bif17 from @Ovaltine, poured into a pretentious, beer glass pours a clear, golden orange liquid with a few carbonation stream. Produces a two to finger off-white foam cap, spotty lacings
Aroma is sweet pineapple
Taste is pineapple but without the sweetness , orange citrus
Smooth , bitter hop bite
Nice beer

Imperial IPA that gets heavier as you go. Pineapple finish is barely existent; finish leaves some room for improvement.

Pours a nearly clear golden color with a creamy white head that provides loads of gorgeous lacing. The nose is dominated by the pineapple purée, with some tangerine notes in the background.
The pineapple purée is forward and dominant on the taste, but as the beer warms, the tangerine and a nice berry note comes forward, and there’s a nice alcohol warming at the back of the palate.
The mouthfeel is big, brawny, and drying, perfect for a 10% ABV WCDIPA. The key with this beer is letting it warm, because that allows the beer to open up. Tremendous stuff by CBC, IMHO.

Wow, I love creeper but this takes it to another level. The pineapple is authentic smelling and tastes fantastic. Just a bit of sweetness gives it a juicy vibe. Well brewed and love the fact that you never doubt that you are drinking a big ass IPA. Recommended if you can find it.
