Had this stout offering(twice) at Bob's Bar in Columbus.
On tap, pint glass, small tan head.
Notes of burnt coffee, and chocolate. Mouthfeel is a little watery and the only thing that keeps this from scoring higher. Overall I love this Imp Stout and will drink every chance I get.

Tried this on-tap at the Columbus Brewing Company restaurant. Turkey Neck is an imperial stout that's been aged 90 days in bourbon barrels.
Served in a chalice, the beer is a solid opaque black with little to no head.
Light aromas of the bourbon at first, then some toasted grains. Very malty.
Taste begins with hints of bourbon on the front. Grows with some dark roasted grains, maple syrup, brown sugar, some bitterness at the end. Light boozy flavor. Could use use some more hops to balance the sweetness, but it's not overly sweet like some barrel-aged beers.
Mouthfeel is good - a tiny bit watery, but nothing bad.
Overall, a great example of a barrel-aged stout. It's not overly heavy, although it hides the higher ABV well, so you have to watch out. Still, I look forward to more of this from CBC!
