02/13/11- Had this one at the Studio 35 tasting with Zoolander. I guess we kicked the last keg.
A: Pale golden with a thin cream head.
S: Angel food cake, grass and hay, strawberry, mild but good.
T: Pear crispness, hoppy like grapefruit, starts with a sweet cream and heads to a dry cake, vanilla, strawberry, raspberry syrup. OK.
M: Thinner, without a frothy carbonation.
D: OK.
