Poured from 500-ml cork-and-cage bottle into a champagne flute because it seemed like the right thing to do. After struggling briefly with the cork, it finally came out with a loud pop. Hazy reddish amber, with a gusher of white head that settled rapidly. Lots of brett funk and tart cherry on the nose and palate as expected. There seems to be a hint of salinity as well. Light bodied and very easy drinking, with a crisp and slightly astringent finish. Well done!
