In partnership with the bi-partisan America 250 Committee of Ohio, we're proud to brew this limited release IPA to celebrate America's 250th birthday. Pale in color, with a med-low bitterness, Idaho 7 and the American-classic Chinook hops combine for aromas of pineapple, citrus, and pine.

Why are we celebrating the USA's 250th birthday with a style of ale famously invented in England? An AMERICAN beer should be a mass produced lager made by a foreign country!

Kidding!

A beer celebrating America's 250th birthday, also known as a semaglutidequinceaƱera, should be made with traditional ingredients like tallow, rhubarb, and grits.

At the end of the day, America 250 is a fine beer and if you think you'll be somewhere that might play that wretched Lee Greenwood number that gets regurgitated every damn 4th of July I suggest you drink a lot of it.

12oz can stamped 02/16/26 poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass at fridge temp 5.7% ABV. The beer pours bright light golden amber with off white head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves a web of lacing. The aroma is mild with pine, citrus and a hint of pineapple. The taste is more of the same with hops up front offering citrus and pine before a light, pale malt middle. Moderate plus bitterness is the end with lingering hop flavor. The feel is thin bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, very good, easy drinking IPA.
