Appearance: Arrives a cloudy goldenstraw cask out with a one finger head that leaves spotty lacing
Smell: Earthy hop notes with a hint of toffee malt
Taste: Stone fruit and toffee flavors forward with a developing earthy bitterness; a hint of citrus lingers alongside in the finsih
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Decent but underwhelming version of the style

Half pint from the cask at the Paisley Beer Festival
A- Pale blonde with a cloudy yeasty hue, 2 finger head with excellent retention and lacing!
S- Grapefruit and citrus juicy hop notes, albeit slightly subdued
T- Hop bitterness all the way through, with an underlying toffee malt sweetness. Hops linger on well after the finish.
M- Light, delicate
D- A refreshing ale with a good hop profile. Perfect outside on a summers day
