Can date smudged, 2021 possibly August?
Pours a tan frothy thick 1+finger head with moderate retention, wispy lacing, very dark brown with hints of ruby light
Nose fair dark malt, roasted malt with a little coffee, some baking spices and hint of licorice, faint mineral MetallIc note, light spicy hop
Taste soft creamy lager with dark malts, roasted malt with some coffee, more licorice and some baking spices, hint if cocoa, mild spicy hop with med to lighter bitterness, dry finish with a bit of mineral and spicy hop
Mouth is med bod, soft lager with a little creamy, med frothy carb
Overall not bad, well done lager mostly, good malt characters with spice notes, decent hop although for a Czech dark lager that should be a bit higher, but pretty good otherwise
