The aroma offers floral, honey, bright lemongrass, some spice.
The flavor follows with green grass, lemon peel, crackery malt in the middle, some cereal and wheat, and a dry finish.
Not tart at all, but a fine saison, if categorized at that.

A: The beer is slightly hazy light yellow in color, having a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that consistently covered the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with some hints of lemons.
