100% Brettanomyces Claussenii fermentation finds fruity equilibrium in this deep golden pale ale. Peach and mango oscillate between grapefruit and orange citrus. Dry, soft bitterness, with an easy nudge of nutty malt on the finish.

The beer offers grapefruit peel, green herbal bitterness throughout with a bready middle onto the piney bitterness on the finish. Surprising it is listed with Brett notes as those were not apparent. Possible that the recipe was updated.
