The beer offers orange, lime, tropical, guava with a medium lemony tart. There's a hint of funk throughout the beer along with a wheat base. A delicate and easy drinking wild. The series continues to be the most impressive beers by Greenpoint beer.

Green point Beer & Ale Co. "Neo-Acidifism"
on tap at Dirck The Norseman, 18 October 2015
$6 for 14 oz.
Appearance: Cloudy honey-orange body with yellow highlights beneath a creamy bright white head that holds well but doesn't do quite as well leaving lace behind.
Aroma: Complex but not bold with notes of grass, funk, mango, pine, pineapple, grapefruit, sour apple bubblegum, soft chalk/granite, decomposing leaves & mud, papaya, cantaloupe, melon, strawberry, lime.
Flavor: Tart and mildly sweet with notes of green strawberry, mango, cantaloupe, and vanilla. Pretty much anything found in the aroma can show up at some level. Dry, acidic finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-medium in body and delicately effervescent. Acidic.
Overall: An impressive amount of complexity. Not overly sharp/funky. Drinkable. Creative. Original.
