This was another beer from Greenpoint that I bought and sat on for a while, finally having it with the others in my stash this week. Love the label and the humorous description on the side that had nothing to do with what went into this, but as for the beer itself, it was relatively pedestrian and typical but still well-crafted and enjoyable at the same time.
Not a bad pour to this as the liquid was melon, hazy, and somewhat thin. A sufficient head topped this off and there was enough spotty lacing on the side of my pint glass to indicate that this was not a one-trick pony. Plenty of that aforementioned melon in the nose, along with a potpourri of floral notes, resin, and yeast to top it off. More of that in the taste, with a slick mouthfeel on top of soft tropical notes, cream, and honey sweetness. A balanced mouthfeel, slight sourness, and oily aftertaste were this beer's hallmarks as well, though none stood out to a large extent.
Not a lot of booze in this but there was enough that could be felt when all was said and done. This heavily reminded me of Other Half's oat daydream beers as this had the body of those combined with the sweetness and softness that they brought to the table. This was a notch below that but still very enjoyable as it was yet another beer from Greenpoint that quickly left my pint glass upon pouring out...

Another terrific hoppy offering by greenpoint. Has the hazy, murky appearance and juiciness one looks for in the NEIPA style; citrus forward with subtler dank resinous notes and faint notions of booze...light but present pithy bitterness. Medium to slightly lighter bodied, just enough carbonated life while still ticking the smooth creamy boxes one expects of this style. Maybe not the deepest or most complex example but terrifically crushable and tasty.
