A: The beer is very hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemons, passionfruit, and pear are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, although the flavors of lemon citrus are subdued and there are more flavors of passionfruit and pear. Only a faint amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The hops make this beer taste extremely "juicy". I would classify this as a New England APA if there was such a style because it was a little lighter in body compared to other IPAs.
