This was the third iteration of All Together that I was able to obtain and review on here. It had been ages since I went to Greenpoint as they moved to their new location since my last visit there. Thankfully, they're still in the neighborhood, kept the glass water tank, and even had other cans available there now and to top it off, tasty brews that are under the radar are still being produced there - such as this one!
Nice pour to this as the liquid this looked like liquid honey but certainly not quite as thick! A perfectly proportioned head topped this off as it slowly settled down and never fully went away. Well-defined rings of lacing coated the back of my pint glass although they were thinner in the middle than at the edges. Lots of lovely New York grain (per the Instagram description) in the nose along with watermelon and fruit patch as the strawberry as the Mosaic and Simcoe dankness and raw fruit shone through in the taste. A bit rustic, sweet, and summery all in one, this had a unique flavor profile to it but felt like something I'd have on a farm on a lazy summer's evening with the mugginess and bugs swirling around me. Nicely carbonated and well-balanced, I was impressed with this as the exotic edge was present, but not strong enough to detract from the slickness and fresh, dewy forest that lingered in the aftertaste.
A nice amount of alcohol was here as it complemented the fruit flavors and stronger hops well with a bit of it staying on my breath after I finished this off. Canned on 5/4 with "STAY SANE PPL" written below it, this was on par with their other offerings that I've had although it didn't quite taste and feel like they did. Once again, this was a hidden gem that would be well worth seeking out, as they continue to remind me why I fell in love with the beer scene in The Big Apple!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
